Those are interstitials. You should ONLY get one of them per day. Two if you burn the midnight oil and you're on at weird hours of the day since I don't know how AdBrite handles their server times.

Do you browse with tabs? Like, instead of viewing a thread inside the current page do you open them in tabs? I do that, and I will sometimes get the same ad more than once if I open a few tabs at the same time.
