The Basic Plot
Naruto Uzumaki is a young boy who has the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox sealed within him. Twelve years before the start of the series, the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacked the ninja village Konohagakure, slaughtering many people. In response, the leader of Konohagakure – the Fourth Hokage – sacrificed his life to seal the demon inside Naruto when he was a newborn. Konohagakure, however, regarded Naruto as if he were the demon fox itself and mistreated him throughout most of his childhood. A decree made by the Third Hokage forbade anyone mention the attack of the demon fox to anyone. Years later, Naruto was tricked by the renegade ninja Mizuki into stealing a forbidden scroll, but was stopped by his teacher, Iruka Umino. That encounter made Naruto realize he was the container of the demon fox.

I quite like Naturo, yet I have not watched any of the new episodes because I really can't be bothered anymore. My favourite character is Kakashi because he is generally awesome. And yeah Ashen you are right it should be in the Japanophile area but I also got confused between the two =P.

most people prefer the original Japanese version but dubbed, as then you dont get BELIEVE IT every 3.7 seconds

Well I read all the manga chapters out of boredom, Manga's are okay. But the plot of the Naruto Series are : 80% Talking, 15% Running from place to place, 5% battles. So the TV Show isn't something for me.

The regular naruto series (first 220 episodes) were pretty awesome, but the Shippuuden series (221 - 328) is the best thing I've ever seen.

Naruto is the best thing you all have ever seen and you all say it sucks because you are too afraid to admit that it is more awesome than you could ever be. GatorAIDS Fails for Naruto and Anime.....tsk tsk...to busy watching hentai....But I can understand what you mean, near the middle part it starts to get boring. Berz is not angry, but....dissapointed.

I appreciate the original Japanese Naruto and fans who like it for being a good anime.

I do not appreciate the American shitpile of a horrible dub and Twilight-esque fangirls.

The first Naturo game on the Xbox 360 (I think it was Rise of a Ninja) is so monumentally bizarre and bad at the same time that I had more fun observing all of the oddities than actually playing the game. Plus I couldn't figure out the jitsu hand gestures for a good ten minutes so Naruto just stood there clapping his hands and making funny gestures at people... and then turning into fat chicks in bikinis.

It confused the hell out of me.
