I run windows XP, I just like customizing it to look like a mac.

Anyways good and bad news, bad news is no, good news is sorta, you can use a program called Bumptop (http://bumptop.com/)

Its basically a 3-D managment tool for your desktop, PC or Mac.

Kinda a cool program, its fun to throw around your desktop icons and bounce them off each other, heres the screen shot...
