How to make a radio station?

Get a bunch of equipment and buy some airwaves and that will probably work.

Hate to break it to you, but radio stations cost loads to run, and unless you have something that other stations don't have, you'll never make a profit.

So here's my advice: bring back the "radio soap". Shows consisting entirely of narration and voice acting. Then maybe feature some local/indie bands. If your town has a Battle of the Bands, obtain permission to broadcast the Battle live.
