This is exactly what I had in mind (no joke) when I read Candle Cove on Creepy Pasta, except the eyes weren't as big. The pirate seems about right to match the pirate in the Candle Cove story.

I'm going to have nightmares.

Candle Cove was so creepy, at the part where all the dolls where just screaming for a whole episode :O
